Here are the CAFE menus, Daily 5 list, and Daily 5 iCharts from my student's classroom in 2010-2011. (Second Grade, Fort McMurray)
For younger students it helps to have their names posted at the bottom of the CAFE menu so students can post/move their strategies as needed.
